Trace Kinley

Trace Kinley has been in the recruitment industry since 2006. From 2006-2008, they were a Recruiter at ACR Homes, Inc, where they recruited RNs, Direct Care (entry level), and Supervisors. Trace also developed key relationships with college staff and faculty and recruiting community. From 2008-2013, they were a Recruitment Specialist at the Minnesota Department of Human Services, where they recruited for all positions for a 7,000 employee healthcare organization with locations throughout the state of Minnesota. From 2013-2022, they were a Senior Recruiter at DJO, a leading global provider of high-quality, orthopedic devices. In 2022, they began working as a Senior Recruiter at VuMedi.

Trace Kinley attended University of Northwestern - St. Paul from 2003 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business/Marketing.
