Aaron Rapf

Aaron Rapf currently serves as the Senior Director of Global Sports Marketing at Vuori, responsible for driving the brand's sports marketing vision and overseeing strategies that enhance brand perception and integrate sport into the overall brand ecosystem. As a City Councilor for the City of Lake Oswego, Aaron engages in local governance to address community needs. Previously, Aaron founded and led Advantage Sports Marketing Group, providing marketing leadership that emphasizes authenticity and athlete engagement. With extensive experience at Nike, Aaron managed athlete marketing strategies and demand creation budgets, leading teams across various global markets. Aaron holds an MBA in Brand Management & Data Science and a BA in International Studies of Latin America from Willamette University.
