Haley Ells

Haley Ells is an experienced merchandising professional currently serving as the Director of Men's Merchandising at Vuori since August 2022. Prior to this role, Haley spent nearly a decade at The North Face, a VF Company, where progressively held positions including Senior Global Category Manager for Outerwear & Fleece, managing a $600M annual business, and driving seasonal and long-term product strategies. With a strong background in marketplace segmentation, cross-functional collaboration, and team management, Haley has effectively contributed to product creation and merchandising across various categories and channels. Educationally, Haley holds a B.A. in Business Economics from UC Santa Barbara.
