Jose Favela

Jose Favela is an experienced retail leader with a strong background in management roles across multiple well-known brands. Currently serving as Store Manager and previously Store Director at Vuori since February 2022, Jose has excelled at building relationships with senior executives to meet business goals. Prior experience includes directing and managing high-traffic flagship locations for J.Crew, where accomplishments involved coaching associates and fostering a customer-first culture. Jose also held various management positions at West Elm, contributing to the achievement of store and district targets while enhancing customer experiences and brand loyalty.
