Lexys Velarde

Lexys Velarde is a seasoned Technical Designer with extensive experience in the fashion industry, currently employed at Vuori since August 2023. Prior to this role, Lexys served as a Technical Designer at Faherty Brand from January 2018 to August 2023. Lexys began professional experience at SCAD Fashion, holding positions as a Resource Room Monitor and Fashion Show Runner from March 2014 to July 2017, where responsibilities included coordinating models for fashion shows and assisting with model castings and designer critiques. Additional experience includes an internship as a Showroom Assistant at Style Consortium in 2016, managing a retail location as a Sales Associate at Glitter G Boutique in 2015, and working as a Graphic Designer for Georgia Promotions in 2012. Lexys holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) in Fashion/Apparel Design from the Savannah College of Art and Design, completed in 2017.
