Currently serving as the Supply Quality Manager North America at VusionGroup, Jonathan oversees product specifications and quality assurance throughout the supply chain, while their previous roles include Quality Engineer Senior at SMTC Corporation and Quality Manager at Universal Scientific Industrial. Through their efforts, they have significantly improved product quality and reduced claims and defects across multiple accounts.
