In their role as Manager of Global Alliances & Partnerships, Anna developed and executed joint sales and marketing strategies with technology partners such as Microsoft (Azure), Akamai, and Wowza. Anna also led global alliance efforts for Haivision, resulting in the recruitment of over 160 members. Additionally, Anna orchestrated panel discussions at major conferences with experts from ESPN, NBC, Al Jazeera, Comcast, NFL, Microsoft, Viacom, Ericsson, and Sky News.

As Partner Marketing Manager at Haivision, Anna was responsible for increasing channel partner engagement and revenue. Anna developed and executed strategies that included content development & training (case studies, email blasts, blog posts, sales guides, webinars), channel partner communications (monthly newsletters, live webinars), and press releases. Anna also created marketing segmentation strategies based on vertical markets for both channel partners and end users.

In their role as Manager of Marketing & Communications at Haivision, Anna launched new corporate websites (2011) and oversaw 3 mergers & acquisitions, including rebranding, messaging, communications, PR, and web development for each one. Additionally, they led product launches and go-to-market strategy for Haivision products (typically one per month), overseeing all branding, collateral development, product marketing, PR activities, and internal communications. Anna also managed a team of marketing professionals and controlled the marketing budget.

Anna Kozel holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from Concordia University, with a Minor in Business Studies. Anna also has a DEC in Commerce from CEGEP John Abbott College, and they attended high school at West Island College / Collège de l'Ouest de l'Île.
