As the founder of Hangar 5 and former Chief Executive/Technology Officer at QBox, which was acquired by Cyara Inc, Benoit successfully guided significant growth and strategic initiatives in the conversational AI sector. Benoit's previous role as Managing Director of Product at the Colombo Centre for Cognitive Computing involved developing AI solutions focused on enhancing human performance, while notable tenure as Chief Technology Officer at Volume included shaping technical direction and fostering innovation through cross-functional collaboration. Benoit holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science and another in Digital Engineering from Bourges University.
