We bring premium Ube (purple yam) from the Philippines to Switzerland, working directly with local farmers and combining authentic origin with Swiss quality standards.
Ube is deeply rooted in Filipino food culture and known for its naturally vibrant purple colour, unique flavour and plant-based nutrients.
Our goal is to introduce this iconic ingredient to a new generation of cafés, bakers and consumers.
Starting in Zurich, we are building a new purple food culture around Ube from drinks and desserts to everyday recipes.
