Carolien Sinia is a seasoned marketing and communication strategist and project lead with over 20 years of experience. Currently, Carolien serves as a Senior Communication Advisor at VvAA, focusing on change and leadership communication. Since 2007, Carolien has owned SiniaWorks, managing interim marketing communication projects across industries such as ICT and healthcare. Previously, Carolien held multiple roles, including Marketing and Communications Manager at iSOFT Nederland and communication advisor for various organizations. With an educational background in International Marketing Management from both Hogeschool van Utrecht and ISC Paris, Carolien excels in strategic and practical approaches to strengthening brands and facilitating organizational change.
