Cindy Goene

Cindy Goene has a diverse background in the banking and insurance sectors, beginning at Rabobank Utrechtse Heuvelrug from January 2007 to February 2008, where roles included adviseur Particulieren and intern adviseur Verzekeren, among others. From January 2013 to February 2017, Cindy served as an Adviseur at Inter-Assure. At VvAA, from July 2017 to March 2022, Cindy held multiple positions including adviseur zakelijke desk, Planner Contact Center, and WFM Trafficer, and has been responsible for team scheduling and managing the WFM cycle since 2018. Additionally, Cindy worked briefly at Spin in het web as a Medewerker Marketing & Communicatie in early 2017. Educational qualifications include multiple WFT certifications in insurance and ongoing studies in HBO Communicatie and Workforce Management at the WFM Academy.
