William Sharp

William Sharp is currently the Group Financial Controller at VVB Engineering Group, where they lead the finance team in managing budgets, forecasts, financial reporting, treasury, and accounting services. Previously, William served as Head of Financial Projects and Financial Reporting at Great Western Railway, overseeing capital funding and financial reporting. Their earlier experience includes roles as a Bid Analyst and Financial Analyst at FirstGroup plc, as well as Graduate Analyst and Safety Intelligence Analyst at RSSB. William holds a Master's Degree in Chemistry from the University of York and is a chartered management accountant through CIMA (ACMA).
