Dhananjay Kumar

Dhananjay Kumar has extensive experience in payroll and accounts management, beginning as an Account Assistant at M/s G.R. Bansal & Co. from January 2008 to June 2008, where responsibilities included maintaining accounts and handling bank transactions. Dhananjay then joined Manpower Services India Pvt. Ltd. as an Executive in Accounts Payable from July 2008 to March 2011, focusing on auditing and processing staff reimbursements. From April 2015 to March 2019, Dhananjay advanced through various roles at ManpowerGroup, ultimately serving as Deputy Manager - Payroll, overseeing payroll systems and ensuring accurate processing for salary updates. Currently, Dhananjay is the Payroll Manager at VVDN Technologies since November 2022, managing payroll operations for over 12,000 employees, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and administrating employee benefits. Dhananjay holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Delhi University and is pursuing an MBA in Human Resources Management and Financial Management at Subharti University.
