Shiv Kumar

Shiv Kumar is an experienced talent development professional with a strong background in leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Talent Development Leader at VVDN Technologies since August 2019, Shiv has successfully established the Talent Development function and implemented a comprehensive company-wide process for needs collection and feedback across nine centers. Prior experience includes serving as Training Head at Infogain, where Shiv led the development of a multi-skilled team and launched several successful programs, including a Project Management Excellence initiative benefiting over 200 managers. Shiv's earlier roles at Aricent involved directing talent transformation and workforce planning efforts, while initial experience as a Software Engineer was gained at Axes Technologies and Applied Electro-Magnetics Pvt Ltd. Education includes an MBA in Marketing and IT from the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, and a B Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from Priyadarshini College.
