We help you analyze you current organization, benchmark your competitors, validate the objectives and define the action plan, schedule and budget of each project. Thereafter, we support you in the implementation and monitoring of your local teams, but also in the selection and management of your local partners. Finally, after the set-up and the stabilization of the organization, we manage it if necessary, or we transfer you the management.
