𝗩𝗪𝗛 - The 𝗚𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗲𝗿 from 𝗪𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘄𝗮𝗹𝗱 With more than 60 years of experience in sophisticated toolmaking and the realisation of fully automated production solutions, we are your technology partner from development to production. partner from development to production. Special machine construction: Together with our customers, we develop and design customised assembly systems for efficient production. Thanks to our outstanding technical expertise, we combine manual, partially and fully automated process steps to create a closed system. In addition to integrated systems, we also manufacture assembly systems as individual components. 𝗠𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴: For the production of complex plastic parts, we produce injection moulding tools for single and multi-component plastics as well as in combination with other materials. Using 3D printing for prototype construction, we optimise material properties and production processes as early as the development phase. 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: As a mechanical engineering company at the cutting edge of technology, we are passionate about innovation and are therefore constantly driving forward automation technology and Industry 4.0. With robot systems, palletisers, testing and sensor systems or injection moulding automation, we increase your productivity and ensure the consistently high quality of your products. 𝗥𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘇: Preserving the tried and tested: We have rethought obsolescence management and therefore created Renessenz. Through measures such as re-engineering, re-design or retrofitting, we breathe new life into old machines by reproducing discontinued components identically and even optimised, even without drawing data. Conversions and retrofits for integration into modern systems are also possible. This makes Renessenz, as a demand-orientated spare parts management system, a trend-setting concept for continuity and sustainability in mechanical engineering.
