Jared Taylor

Jared Taylor's work experience includes positions at VXG as a Software Engineer starting in 2022, Juniper Cafe as a Web Developer from 2020 to 2021 where they integrated software and web technologies, maintained the company website, and implemented a web-integrated contact tracing system. Jared also worked at Queen's University in 2019 as part of the ITS Student Advisory Committee where they attended meetings, contributed ideas, and worked in a team environment. Additionally, they were a Teaching Assistant during the same time, providing feedback and coordinating coding tutorials. In 2018, Jared worked at Boys and Girls Clubs of Kawartha Lakes as Summer Camp Staff, managing schedules, organizing computer science camps, and teaching youth CSS and HTML.

Jared Taylor attended Queen's University from 2017 to 2022, where they pursued a Bachelor of Computing (Honours) degree with a specialization in Cognitive Science. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained a certification in Complete React Developer in 2022 with Redux, Hooks, and GraphQL from Udemy in July 2022.
