Matt Shields

Matt Shields has held a variety of roles in the healthcare industry since 2002. In 2009, they were the National Sales Manager for Delfin Healthcare Inc, where they introduced a new medical device product and created a 3-day product training seminar for the sales force team. Matt also managed 12 Account Executives in obtaining and surpassing monthly goals. From 2010 to 2017, Matt was the General Manager for Carepoint Medical Solutions, LLC, where they were responsible for implementing billing infrastructure and leading the Medicare appeals process. From 2017 to 2019, they served as the Executive Director & VP of Sales for Everest Urgent Care & Physical Therapy, where they were responsible for implementing billing infrastructure and leading special projects for the company. Most recently, Matt has been the Center Manager & Supply Chain Manager for vybe urgent care since 2019, where they are responsible for managing the day-to-day operations for 3 centers and supervising 20 team members.

Matt Shields attended Fox School of Business at Temple University from 1993 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing.
