Mike Hill

Mike Hill is the CEO of Vybond, where they lead innovation and operational excellence in delivering high-quality adhesive solutions. With over three decades of experience in manufacturing, Mike has held various leadership roles in Sales, Product Management, Operations, and Supply Chain. Prior to Vybond, Mike served as President of Berry's Flexibles Division and held multiple executive roles within Consumer Packaging. A graduate of Middle Tennessee State University with a BBA in Business/Industrial Management, Mike enjoys spending time with family and golfing in their leisure time.
