Elena Lanza

Elena Lanza has a long and varied work experience in the music industry. Elena began their career in 2004 as Content & Marketing Manager for AIM Strategies, and also worked as a Classic Rock Promotion Coordinator. In 2006, they moved to Columbia Records, where they held the roles of Pop Promotion Coordinator and Rock/AAA Promotion Assistant. In 2007, they joined the Blue Note Label Group as National Promotion Coordinator, and also began working at vino/stereo as a Wine & Music Blogger. Later that same year, they began working at EMI Music as Department Head- Dance Radio & Club Promotion, Capitol Music Group. In 2012, they moved to Oracle entertainment & marketing as Vice President, Label & Artist Operations/Special Projects, and also became Owner at Minutiae Music, where they advised and guided independent artists and labels on all aspects of the business. In 2022, they began working at Vydia as Artist & Label Relations Manager.

Elena Lanza attended William Paterson University of New Jersey from 1998 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Business/Sound Engineering Arts.
