Lee Galtman

Lee Galtman has over 35 years of work experience in finance and private equity. Lee is currently serving as the Senior VP of Finance at Vydia since April 2022. Prior to this, Lee held the position of Managing Director at Wellbridge Capital from January 2009 and has extensive experience in Aerospace, Defense, and Government Services (ADG) sectors. Lee also has experience as the Owner of Elkins Park Capital, a small advisory firm specializing in middle market companies. Additionally, Lee has held various leadership roles in corporate finance and investment banking at companies such as Delaware Valley Industrial Resource Center, PMG Capital, JR Lee, Convergent Associates, Coopers & Lybrand Consulting, Heller Financial, and Bear Stearns. Lee'sexpertise includes financial advisory, capital raising, M&A, and operational excellence.

Lee Galtman completed a BA in Economics at Vanderbilt University from 1981 to 1985. Additionally, they pursued an MBA with a focus on Finance at Vanderbilt University's Owen Graduate School of Management from 1985 to 1986.
