Head Of Customer Success - APAC at Vygo

Taryn Duce has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as the Head of Customer Success - APAC at Vygo since September 2022. In this position, they are responsible for supporting the success and growth of peer-led holistic support services for Vygo's largest APAC university and government partners.

Prior to this, Taryn worked as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Vygo from January 2022 to September 2022. Taryn'srole involved closely collaborating with APAC university and government partners to ensure the success and growth of peer-led holistic support services. Vygo is a platform that organizes all of their institution's support services for students.

Before joining Vygo, Taryn served as a Customer Success Manager from June 2021 to December 2021. Additionally, they worked as a Learner Engagement Manager at the same company from August 2020 to June 2021.

In 2020, Taryn also worked as a Sessional Academic at QUT (Queensland University of Technology) from March 2020 to October 2020.

In 2019, they worked at Queensland Parliament as an Assistant Electorate Officer from September 2019 to August 2020. Prior to that, Taryn was a Business Analyst at Kerb from January 2019 to April 2019.

Taryn Duce pursued their education in the field of International Business. From 2016 to 2018, they attended QUT (Queensland University of Technology), where they completed a Bachelor of Business with Distinction. In 2019, they furthered their studies at QUT and obtained a Bachelor of Business (Honours) degree with First Class Honours. During the same year, they also participated in the International Summer Program at the BI Norwegian Business School, focusing on Intercultural Management: A Scandinavian Perspective.
