Chad Ruggles

Chad Ruggles currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Customer Success at Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC, where responsibilities encompass marketing, customer experience, client insights, analytics, and oversight of the real estate brokerage Vylla Home since May 2014. Previously, Ruggles was the Senior Vice President of the Mortgage Lending Division (retail) at Carrington, managing multiple Centers across various U.S. locations, and also held the position of SVP Country Head for Carrington Mortgage UK while serving as an Executive Advisor for Vylla Home. Ruggles spent over 14 years at CitiFinancial/OneMain Financial, culminating as SVP of Incentives and Branch Optimization, supervising significant teams and driving performance through incentive programs and branch optimization strategies. Early career experience includes management roles at The Associates and Springleaf Financial Services, alongside a solid educational foundation with a BS in Psychology from Montana State University-Bozeman.
