Kimberly Baxa

Kimberly Baxa is a healthcare financial leader with extensive expertise in revenue cycle operations across various healthcare settings, including hospice, palliative care, and behavioral health. Currently serving as VP of Revenue Cycle Management at Vynca, Kimberly evaluates financial collection processes to enhance revenue performance. Previously, they have held several key leadership roles, such as Director of Revenue Cycle at Big Bend Hospice and Director of Financial Services at Hospice of the Piedmont, achieving significant improvements in collections and operational efficiency. Kimberly has also contributed to education as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Phoenix, where they taught courses in healthcare finance. They hold both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
