Nick Crabbs has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Nick started their career at Steve Simon Media as an Account Manager, where they managed and developed business relationships with clients, focusing on software development and digital marketing strategies. Nick then joined MetLife Home Loans as a Contract Lead Site Conversion Specialist, overseeing a group of contractors in a conversion project.
In 2009, Nick joined JPMorgan Chase & Co. as an Infrastructure Support / Lead Site Conversion Specialist, initially working on the Chase/WaMu purchase and conversion. Nick continued their engagement with Chase, handling various contracts related to the bank's IT infrastructure and support.
In 2011, Nick worked as a Project Manager at Shout Stage, before co-founding Pixel and Line in 2013. As a Partner and Co-Founder of Pixel and Line, they managed a network of clients and software developers, making significant contributions to the company's growth.
After Pixel and Line merged with VYNYL, Nick shifted roles and became Partner & Vice President of Community Engagement. In this position, they implemented processes and procedures to support rapid team expansion and expansion into home markets. More recently, they transitioned to the role of Partner & Chief Community Officer at VYNYL.
Aside from their professional roles, Nick has also been involved in various organizations. Nick served as Co-Chair of Boise Entrepreneur Week and currently holds the position of Chair Emeritus / Advisor. Nick is also an Organizer at Health Tech Idaho, a Foundation Board Member at Saint Alphonsus, and a Member of the Board of Directors at Meridian Technical Charter High School.
