Amit Sarma

Amit Sarma is an accomplished architect with extensive experience in architectural design, project management, and teaching. Serving as Principal at SPATIAL ANALYTICS since January 2012, Amit specializes in space analysis and social sustainability using Space Syntax methodology. Previously, Amit held positions as Principal Architect at Urban Space Consultants Pvt Ltd and Project Architect at GMW Architects in London, where responsibilities included overseeing project coordination for large-scale developments. As a Senior Architect at Ranjit Sabikhi Architects, Amit delivered comprehensive drawings for a significant shopping center project. Currently, Amit also holds academic roles as Faculty at the School of Planning and Architecture and served as Associate Professor at Sushant School of Art and Architecture. Education credentials include a B.Arch from the School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi, and an MSc in Space Syntax with Distinction from UCL.
