Danhel F. has worked in a variety of roles since 2016. Danhel started as a Language Tutor at the University of San Francisco, where they provided one-on-one tutoring of the Tagalog/Filipino Language. This included communication, writing, and reading, as well as basic knowledge of the Filipino culture and traditions. In 2016, they also began working as a Color Consultant / Beauty Advisor at SEPHORA.

In 2017, Danhel F. became a Direct Support Professional (Residential) at Violeta's Home. Danhel then joined Partners For Independence (Behavioral Facility) in 2018 as a Direct Support Professional (Facility). At this role, they created 1x1 relationships/rapports with individuals who have been medically diagnosed with intellectual/developmental disabilities and set & performed daily recreational and education cadences/activities with them to build & hone personalized communication skills.

In 2016, they obtained a Makeup Deluxe Certification from SEPHORA. In 2019, they earned a Perk Hydrafacial Certification from The HydraFacial Company. In 2022, they obtained a Customer Service: Handling Abusive Customers certification from LinkedIn.
