Jason Conrad has worked for five different companies since 2008. Jason began their career at LyfeSystems as an Information Systems Manager and Sales Support Agent. In 2009, they took on the role of Agent at Aklins Insurance. From 2015 to 2019, they worked at CU*Answers as Manager of Client Support and Operations and Client Support Coordinator. In 2019, they joined Xtend as Vice President of Business Development and Contact Center Manager. Jason is currently employed at Vyond as a Customer Success Manager.
Jason Conrad obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Communications and Technologies from Grand Valley State University in 2008. Jason also holds a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 certification from SuccessHACKER, which they obtained in January 2023.
