Luis Rosario

Luis Rosario has worked in the IT industry since 2003. Luis began their career as an Information Systems Specialist at Steinbeck Credit Union, where they were responsible for providing primary technical support for 3 sites, project lead in the implementation of several projects, network documentation, end user training on new technologies, and working directly with executive management to assess requirements and provide updates on progress. Luis was also the project manager and coordinator, and implemented VOIP solution that cut phone service costs by 30%, and an optical storage system that reduced paper costs and increased efficiency. In 2007, they moved to Rescuecom as a Certified Computer Technician. The following year, they joined 3S Network Inc. as a Drive Test Technician. In 2009, they became the MIS Coordinator at Salud Para la Gente. In 2013, they began working at Milestone @ Facebook as a Service Desk. Finally, in 2016, they joined Vyond as an IT Manager and was later promoted to Sr. IT Manager.

Luis Rosario earned a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology - Security and Forensics from Kaplan University in 2014. Prior to that, they earned an AA in Administration of Justice from Hartnell Community College.
