Kate Downing

Kate Downing has worked in a variety of Human Resources roles since 2006. Kate began their career as an HR Administrator for Gold Medal Travel in 2006, followed by an HR/Employee Relations Advisor role at OCS Group UK in 2009. In 2011, they worked as an HR Generalist at UTC Aerospace Systems, before taking on the role of HR Manager at MoneyPlus Group in 2014. In 2018, they moved to Capita Customer Management as an HR Operations Partner, and in 2021 they became an HR Business Partner at Lucideon. Most recently, they began working as a People Manager at Vypr in 2022.

Kate Downing obtained a BA Hons in HRM from the University of Central Lancashire in 2008. Kate then returned to the same university in 2012 to pursue a Masters in Employment Law, which they completed in 2014. That same year, they also achieved an MCIPD from CIPD in HRM.
