About our Founders 

Our CEO and founder Howard Draft has been dubbed a "visionary entrepreneur" by Ad Forum and a marketer "transforming the world of business" by CNN. In his 40+ year career, he turned a 13-person marketing agency into Draftfcb (now FCB), the world's leading marketing services company with over 8,000 employees worldwide. In addition to his work at Draftfcb, Howard has invested in, acquired, funded, or helped establish over 50 other companies and startups.

Our President & COO, Alexi Benhamron spent the last 10 years at Accenture building various practices centered around Growth Strategy and advising clients on how to chart strong growth vectors for the future. Focused on unlocking new value in the world’s most competitive enterprises, Alexi helps clients grow their businesses by leveraging the mindsets and methodologies of entrepreneurship and venture capital to help companies achieve measurable growth.
