Robert Gendron is an experienced entrepreneur and executive in the fields of real estate, healthcare, and technology. As the Founder and CEO of CREF, Gendron leads a global asset management firm specializing in real estate and facilities needs, supported by a team of over 100 experts. Additionally, as the Founder and Board Chair of Vytal, Gendron oversees an innovative platform that integrates various management systems, particularly benefiting the healthcare sector. Gendron is also a Co-Founder of Steer by Mechanic Advisor, which revolutionizes vehicle service and repair through enhanced transparency. Previously, Gendron served as EVP of Corporate Real Estate and Facilities at Steward Health Care, the largest private equity-backed health network in the U.S., and founded GenCon, Inc., a leading healthcare construction firm in New England. Gendron earned a degree in Finance from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst.
