Prashant S is the Global Chief Executive Officer at WE-Matter, leading a diverse team and serving 100+ clients across three continents to improve employee engagement and well-being. Prior to WE-Matter, they served as Chief Executive Officer at Gallup from 2006 to 2010 and as Partner, Culture & Employee Engagement (APAC) at Aon from 2010 to 2014. From 2014 to 2018, they were Group Chief Human Resource Officer of a large Conglomerate with more than 32 businesses and over 100,000 employees. They are pursuing an MBA in Strategy and Finance at Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, and they attended the Managing Professional Services Firm program at Harvard Business School in 2011.
