W Model Mgmt was established in 2007 as the first London model agency committed to representing models and talent that put their mental and physical health at the forefront. W prioritises diversity and authenticity and gives talent with unique skills a platform to create and grow.

W are a family and take great pride in the relationships we form with our talent, creating a safe and nurturing environment for them to progress in. We ensure that our models look after their physical and mental health in order for them to achieve great success with a positive mindset

The agency is as committed to this ethos today, as when we started, and we remain at the forefront of agencies worldwide that have fully embraced the cultural shift towards health and wellbeing. Hence, the agency is enviably positioned and continues to grow in terms of reputation and campaigns undertaken.
