The W12+ Programs UNESCO IHP and UN Water endorsed organisation set out to overcome the capacity gap from institutional funders to localised organisatons and drive in new innovations for a water-wise future by:

- Enabling dissemination of best practices and introduce circular  approaches and economy
- Focusing on cross-sector approaches to water issues
- Promoting peer-to-peer knowledge sharing and new partnerships
- Connecting the main drivers of water scarcity with relevant case studies and best practices
- Highlighting the connection between water and resilient development and Climate Change
- Focusing on water solutions

The W12+ Programs include: W12+ Protocol, W12+ Drive-In, W12+ Congress, W12+ Exchanges, and the W12+ Hubs.
