Debbie McCann

Debbie McCann is the Chief Executive Officer and Partner at W4Sight LLC, a WBE-certified management and technology consulting firm. Prior to this, Debbie was the Owner and Principal at Game Plan Consulting LLC, where Debbie specialized in software selection and implementation management for public sector and non-profit organizations. With experience as the Deputy CIO at the City of Chicago and as a Senior Associate at Coopers & Lybrand, Debbie has a strong background in consulting and policy analysis. Debbie holds a BA in History and Urban Studies from Northwestern University and an MA in Public Policy Studies from the University of Chicago.
