WAA is a Berlin-born cultural platform creating live events, community gatherings and curated experiences across Europe. We build spaces for dialogue and meaningful exchange, highlighting the people shaping culture, business and society today.

At the heart of the platform is the Women Authors of Achievement Podcast, hosted by Daria Suvorova-Konstandin, featuring in-depth conversations with extraordinary voices: from investors and social entrepreneurs to architects, artists and cultural visionaries. Each episode explores the triumphs and challenges that define today’s most inspiring journeys.

WAA connects and amplifies the people redefining what achievement means today.
