Stimulate personal and entrepreneurial development that's the main goal of Waada for our employees and thereby improve the lives of our customers. This means creating an entrepreneurial ecosystem with freedom, feedback, and financial support to help our people in their entrepreneurial journey and supporting them to achieve their dreams.

We believe that if we following our passion and making our dreams come true, we will serve our customers with intrinsic motivation. This means that we are looking for a certain kind of people. These are people with dreams and daringness to take concrete actions and have the perseverance to follow through when the going gets tough. It is because when the going gets tough you are forced to tap into the greatness inside you, connect to it, and grow as a human being.

If the above mentioned is something you like, you are in the right place. If you have a dream, we help you to sharpen it into a great idea and we will invest in it. We guide you to start and run a mini-company under the Waada umbrella, with supporting structures. We are Sherpas of entrepreneurial development and in the end a personal transformation.
