Nitin Minde

Nitin Minde currently serves as Assistant Vice President at Waaree Group, overseeing multidisciplinary engineering for a green hydrogen ammonia plant, including the selection of alkaline water electrolyzers and plant balance. Prior to this role, Nitin worked at Worley for nearly a decade as Head of the Process Department, expanding the department's strength from 25 to 100 employees. Nitin's experience includes a position as Process Manager at TOYO Engineering India Private Limited, managing various EPC projects, such as hydrogen generation and diesel dehydrotreater plants. Earlier in their career, Nitin held roles as a Process Engineer at Fluor Corporation, leading engineering efforts for gas dehydration and sulfur recovery units, and as Senior Manager Process at Reliance Industries Limited, where Nitin worked on engineering reviews for expansion projects through a deputation with Bechtel UK.
