David Teeter

David Teeter has extensive experience in Human Resources, with a focus on talent and organizational effectiveness. David is currently the Vice President of Talent and Organizational Effectiveness at Wabash, a position they have held since September 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Sr. Director of Talent and Organizational Effectiveness at Wabash from February 2020 to September 2022. Before joining Wabash, David held various leadership positions at Eaton, including Global Director of Human Resources, Director of Human Resources, Division Sr. Human Resources Manager, HR Manager, Sr. Human Resources Analyst, and participating in the HR Development Program. David has experience managing HR across multiple facilities, both domestically and internationally, and has overseen employee populations ranging from 200 to 4,500. David has a strong background in managing HR functions within manufacturing industries and has worked in various locations such as the United States, Mexico, and the United Kingdom.

David Teeter completed their education at Purdue University. David obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Purdue University, graduating in 2003. After that, they pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the Purdue University Daniels School of Business, which they completed in 2005.

In addition to their formal education, David Teeter has obtained several certifications. In May 2022, they completed the Wabash Authentic Leadership Program at the University of Michigan. Subsequently, in March 2023, they obtained the Mental Health First Aid certification from the National Council for Behavioral Health. In June 2023, they completed the Teleos Coach Development Program, Executive Coaching at the Teleos Leadership Institute. Furthermore, in July 2023, they became a member of the International Coaching Federation. Lastly, in September 2023, they obtained the KF360 Facilitator Certification from Korn Ferry.
