Jay Sweet has extensive experience in project management and product development, currently serving as the Director of the Project Management Office and previously as the Director of Strategic Programs at Wabash since March 2013. Prior roles at Wabash include Strategic Program Manager, Project Management Leader, Engineering Manager for New Product Development in Final Mile Products, and various positions within the Diversified Products Group, culminating in Lead Product Engineer. Prior to Wabash, Jay Sweet worked at ZF Group from March 2007 to March 2013, holding positions such as Principal Product Engineer and Senior Product Engineer. Jay began a career at Douglas Autotech as a Design Engineer from April 2005 to March 2007. Jay Sweet earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Western Michigan University, graduating in 2005.
