Steve Rudd possesses extensive experience in materials management and manufacturing operations. Currently serving as Sr. Materials Manager at Wabash since September 2021, Steve is tasked with achieving financial and manufacturing goals, overseeing a team of 4 Area Managers, 12 Supervisors, and more than 400 hourly employees. Previously, Steve held various roles at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles from April 2012 to September 2021, including Planning and Timing Manager and Materials Manager. Prior to that, Steve worked as Maintenance Manager at Carrier Corporation from January 2005 to January 2012 and as Owner of Rudds Precision Machining from January 2002 to January 2005. Steve holds a Bachelor of Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan University and an Associate's degree in Machine Tool Technology from Ivy Tech Community College.
