Tim Bonty possesses over 30 years of experience in leadership and management roles at Wabash National, where responsibilities include overseeing 450+ employees across three production lines, ensuring production goals, quality standards, and safety protocols are met. Tim's experience spans various positions from Production Coordinator to Operations Manager, with a strong focus on process improvement, inventory management, and collaboration with support areas to resolve quality and engineering issues. Tim's educational background features a Master of Science in Management with a specialization in Human Resources Management, a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, and an Associate of Science in Business Management, all obtained from Indiana Wesleyan University. Tim also served as a Squad Leader/Gunner in the United States Army from 1987 to 1990.
