Samir Joshi

Samir Joshi is an experienced Lead Engineer currently at Wabtec Corporation since September 2012, where key projects include the development of variable geometry turbochargers and variable valve timing systems. Samir has concurrently held the position of Lead Engineer at GE Transportation since the same date. Prior experience includes working as a Design Engineer at Mahindra Rise, focusing on EGR cooler packaging and cam cover modifications, as well as a Design Engineer at Nash Robotics & Automation Pvt. Ltd., where projects involved gearbox housing reverse engineering and robotic arm design. Samir's career began at Tata Motors as a Job Inspector, where responsibilities included testing HVAC systems for various vehicle types. Samir holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Pune University, alongside a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from J.T. Mahajan Polytechnic.
