Sim Aujla

Sim Aujla is a dedicated professional managing compliance for four ISO standards at Wade Group, where they currently serve as the QEIHS Manager. Sim holds a Bachelor of Business Analysis in Accounting from Waikato University and a New Zealand Certificate in Workplace Health and Safety Practice Level 4 from Southern Institute of Technology. They joined Wade Group in 2019 as an Accountant and quickly advanced through roles, including Key Accounts Coordinator, before achieving their current position in 2023. Throughout their career, Sim has focused on driving continuous improvement and enhancing customer satisfaction while fostering collaboration across teams.
