Maynard J is a seasoned project and program manager with extensive experience in the civil engineering and land development industry. They have held positions including Project Manager at McCrone, Inc. and Sr. Project Manager at Wade Trim, where they currently lead efforts in site development as Vice President. Maynard has a proven ability to develop team skills and foster collaboration across disciplines to address design and construction challenges. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at Virginia Tech.
