Robert Breen

Robert Breen is a seasoned civil and structural engineer with extensive experience in project management and bridge design. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager for Bridges and Structures at Wade Trim Associates since September 2002, Robert has also been a board member of the City of Livonia Building Code Board of Appeals since 1999. Prior roles include Bridge Group Manager at Orchard Hiltz & McCliment, Structural Group Leader at Ellis, Naeyaert, Genheimer, Associates, and Project Engineer at Hubbell, Roth & Clark. Robert holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree from the University of Detroit Mercy, attained in 1976.
