Nick Matthews

Nick Matthews has extensive experience in the motorsport industry, currently serving as Factory Operations Manager at WAE since April 2016. Prior roles include Test and Development Manager and Chief Mechanic for Jaguar Formula E, demonstrating a strong background in both operations and technical development. Previous experience at Williams Martini Racing spanned almost a decade, where Nick held positions from Sub Assembly Technician to Assistant Foreman. Nick began their career as an apprentice at Williams Grand Prix Engineering Limited after completing an Advanced Modern Apprenticeship in Motorsport Engineering at Oxford and Cherwell Valley College.
