Deon Guillory

Deon Guillory is a seasoned journalist with extensive experience in broadcasting, currently serving as an Anchor and Consumer Investigative Reporter at WAFB TV since February 2022. Prior roles include Main Anchor at WVLA-TV and Morning News Anchor at WLTX-TV, along with a position as Anchor/Reporter/Managing Editor at WJBF News Channel 6. Deon has a strong background in investigative reporting, having served as Main Anchor/Investigative Reporter at WHSV - TV, where responsibilities included reporting on scams, consumer concerns, and crime trends. Earlier in the career, Deon worked as a Reporter/Producer at Raycom Media and Hearst Television, and as a Reporter/Producer at Pappas Telecasting. Deon began the broadcasting journey as a Producer at Time Warner Cable. Deon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism from Xavier University of Louisiana.
