VP Customer Success and Trust and Safety at Wag!

David was promoted to VP of Customer Experience/Trust & Safety after serving as the Senior Director of Customer Support at Wag!. Prior to joining the Wag! team, David was the leader of segmented support for Uber - North America operations. In that role he led the global organization to its first and only JD Power certification while launching Uber’s first loyalty program nationwide.

David has led both onshore and offshore operations for The Home Depot, Uber, Xchange Leasing, and Comcast.
